Biography of Jan Hein van Rooy

Born: 1940, Voorburg.

Studied at the evening Academy of the ROYAL ACADEMY in Arnhem and the Grafiska Svenska Sellskapet in Stockholm.
Since 1992, collects Vijay in the Interior of Spain pigment rich earths to prepare casein paint that gives color to all the landscapes that he makes. His work is in collections of Municipality museums (the Hague, Nijmegen, Arnhem, Apeldoorn, and Eindhoven), provinces (Varmland, Hainaut, Granada, North Brabant and Gelderland.), of the national Visual Arts, Amsterdam. SBK Gelderland, Arnhem, Eindhoven, service de krabbedans aesthetic design PTT, the Hague, the Canisius Hospital of the University of Nijmegen, and in many private collections.
