Biography of Hans Heijman

Hans Heijman  is an artist who for years was inspired by the Dutch landscape with its water, dikes and rivers. Still regards Hans Heijman the landscape as his starting point for his colorful graphics, although his work is currently more and more set at the interface between abstraction and figuration. Scenic elements are merged with ancient signs, abstracted parties and drawing like lines alternate. All this, combined with the full deep colors that Hans Hager in his works uses that challenge and fascinate at the same time. Hans Heijman puts a lot of symbolism in his work, of which he is the sentimental value to the Viewer.
